Crossroads Family Care Grows With Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Clinic expansion continues with added support for behavioral and emotional health
Crossroads Family Care introduces J. Denise Sutherland, LCSW, to further develop our capacity to meet the growing demand for behavioral and emotional health counselling. Denise brings more than 25 years of experience to us along with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from The University of Texas – Tyler and a Master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver.
Counseling is an effective and increasingly popular way to overcome unexpected difficulties in life. Trained counselors offer a safe place for people to share their experiences and to explore ways to cope and recover. Using therapeutic interventions, counselors help people who are challenged by situations like anxiety, conflict, depression, grief, stress, trauma and unanticipated life events. Denise knows how to help people coping with life adjustments, abuse, neglect, family conflicts, behavioral concerns, addiction and terminal illnesses.
