Brenda Fountain provides medical care to both Henderson and Palestine

Henderson, Texas, August 10, 2018 – Crossroads Family Care adds Brenda Fountain, FNP-C, as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Crossroads Family Care in both Henderson and Palestine, bringing 23 years of nursing experience to the community.

Through her 23 years of nursing, Brenda Fountain has helped patients in many settings that include emergency care, critical care and cardiac care. She graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler, and has earned her Masters of Science in Nursing and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brenda is dedicated to helping her patients of all age groups and cultural backgrounds to have a better understanding of their personal needs. The opportunity to help patients on their health journey is her greatest joy as a provider.

Brenda Fountain is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Critical Care Nursing and the Alpha Chi National Honor Society.

Brenda loves to spend time reading, traveling and being outdoors with her family.
