Crossroads family care accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans. In addition, Crossroads provides programs to assist patients with affordable health care.

We also assist with applications for programs such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, TANF, CHIP or simple renewals, and with choosing medical plans, primary care physicians, dental plans and primary dentists after enrollment.
