Beryl Thompson APRN, FNP-C

Beryl is proud to be serving her local community as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Crossroads Family Care in Palestine. She has 20 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and has been a practicing Family
Nurse Practitioner for the last 5 years.

She enjoys being able to care for the entire family from birth to adulthood all in one location. Her goal is for the patient and family to feel comfortable talking to her and working together as a team to not only treat illness and disease but striving to prevent these conditions. She actively believes in supporting and empowering her patients to take an active role in their medical care.

When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and
grandchildren. Her hobbies include everything related to the grandchildren, reading, community theater,
church activities and sharing her love of Christ.

Brandy Henson FNP-C

Hello! I am Brandy Henson FNP-C. I am from Kilgore, Texas. I
graduated from Tyler Junior College nursing program in 2002 with an
ADN and from University of Texas at Tyler in 2006 with a BSN. I
completed the FNP program at UT Tyler in 2015. The majority of my
nursing/practitioner career has been in newborn and pediatric care. I
started my nursing career in the GSMC Neonatal ICU. After obtaining
my FNP, I worked as a Pediatric Hospitalist in Washington state and
most recently at CHRISTUS GSMC.

Pediatrics is my passion and I look forward to partnering with parents in caring for their most precious gifts- children.

Yesenia Bazaldua, FNP-C

Yesenia Bazaldua FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB). Yesenia specializes in your overall health, managing chronic illnesses like diabetes or hypertension, and keeping you healthy with regular screenings and wellness exams.

As a healthcare provider she recognizes each patient’s wellness goals are different and believes it is necessary to listen to patients to determine their needs and advocate for them. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family.

Aaron Wabang, PMHNP-BC

Aaron is a dedicated board-certified psychiatric mental health
nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with an impressive track record
spanning over 9 years in the field of nursing, which includes the
psychiatric and mental health domain. His expertise extends to
patients of all age groups, including children, teenagers, and
adults, primarily in the outpatient setting.

He earned his master’s degree from Western Governors University and furthered his education by completing a post-master’s certificate program at West Coast University, where he specialized in psychiatry and mental health as a nurse practitioner.

Specializing in the treatment of psychotic disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness, Aaron stands out for his ability to efficiently conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to the
unique needs of each patient.

Aaron’s greatest strength lies in his boundless empathy, and advocacy towards patients and their families. Empowering patients to manage and overcome their illnesses using evidence-based practice models is usually one of his score objectives. He is committed to providing these services in a stigma-free
environment, ensuring that individuals receive the highest standard of care and support.

Aaron is a veteran who proudly served in the U.S. Marines where qualities of discipline, dedication, and resilience were inculcated, and continue to enrich his approach to patient care. Additionally, his experience as a former high school teacher highlights his strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing him to connect with patients of all age groups effectively. Davina Pratchet, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Hello, I’m Davina Pratchet, a highly trained Psychiatric Mental Health
Nurse Practitioner. I offer a welcoming and comfortable office setting
where patients can feel at ease.

With my acute care treatment skills and strong interpersonal abilities, I strive to build positive relationships with my patients. My goal is to help them stay calm, communicate effectively, and improve their mental health one day at a time.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Psychiatric Mental Health
Nursing from Alverno College, and I am currently completing
continuing education in Mental Health. I also have a Bachelor of
Science degree in Nursing and an Associate of Science degree in
Nursing.

I am passionate about helping individuals on their journey to improved mental health, and I am dedicated to providing high-quality care to diverse populations. I look forward to assisting you and supporting your mental health needs.
